The Opportunity

Our award-winning and growing software company is providing the right, seasoned Sr .NET software developer the opportunity to have immediate and lasting impact on a new and exciting project (this is NOT a Web developer position).

Responsibilities

* Work with the latest Windows and wireless networking technologies to shape the direction of strategic and highly visible products. Maintain the company's tradition of high quality products and customer satisfaction is extremely important

* Develop software for Windows server platforms using C++, C# and .NET technologies

* Maintain consistency, usability, performance and functionality while moving our products forward

Qualifications

To be successful, you will need to draw upon your broad experience in developing software for Windows server platforms using C/C++, C# and .NET technologies. Experience with wireless networking is a plus, but not required. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:

* 3+ years experience in the design, architecture, and development of enterprise level .NET server applications using IIS, ASP.NET, C# and ADO.NET (MSSQL server)

* 7+ years experience writing and debugging software for Windows platforms

* Outstanding C/C++, C# and ASP.NET coding skills

* Strong command of the .Net framework and Microsoft server environments

* Experience with networking and TCP/IP

* Java, HTML, JSP and JavaScript experience a plus

* Experience with security and authentication preferred

* Experience using networking monitoring tools preferred

* Self-motivated and able to work cooperatively in a team environment

* Excellent communication skills

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (advanced degree a plus), and development experience in a commercial software company
