I happen to have one female Romanian classmate this semester, we're in same tutorial group. She came from Romania year and half ago,and this is her 2nd year in University. So she must attained some level of secondary education in Romania. I will send her an email right now to verify this, and ask her by person tomorrow morning during the lecture if she will present. But it is highly unlikely she had taken any Latin course before, coz our TA asked how many other languages does everybody know except English at 1st tutorial. She set the record of our tutorial group by 4 languages. If my memory remains as good as I suppose then there is no Latin for sure, the 4 languages are Romania ,Hungarian, Bulgarian, and French.

And by the way, you know which course we are taking together? Linguistic. 200 level Linguistic course. There is no doubt you know the meaning of Linguistic, but I really hope you understand the meaning of 200 level course.

The Austria? I have no idea about it and haven't met anybody form that country yet, but it's not too hard to find an Austrian student on our campus. Huh, after all this is Vancouver. I will check it out.

I sincerely hope you won't loss any credibility by claim something you don't know.
