　　1. 是否所有的捐款100%能到中国

　　答曰：他们要留5%-最大15%运营开销，但不知是政府match前的还是之后的。

　　2. 是否有人权等政治附加条款

　　答曰：无任何政治条款。直接转到中国红十字协会。由中国红十字协会决定如何支配所有款项。

不过没问match的事儿。

捐款后，应该立即有抵税的收据：
