Install windows version R first; run R; type command install.packages( 'RTisean' ); then type help(d2) to find the description of d2 function.
Before all above, go to this page http://www.mpipks-dresden.mpg.de/~tisean/Tisean_3.0.1/index.html to download the TISEAN binary codes and install them.
