看这篇文章好像已经定了撤出的时间表，但是怎么没有看见河里的大牛们讨论？不过一直到2011，不知道到时老美会不会找到什么新的理由继续赖在伊拉克。难道到2011伊拉克可以基本实现自制。

U.S. and Iraq reached a pact on troop withdrawals.

After months of haggling, negotiators from the two nations set a timetable that calls for U.S. military forces to leave Iraq's cities by next summer and sets 2011 as the date by which all remaining troops will leave the country. President Bush is almost certain to accept the agreement, according to U.S. officials.

Gen. Petraeus said in an interview that the U.S. is already focusing on turning control over to the Iraqis.
