Feel sad for this poor Russian-major guy.

I had a friend before, whose major is politics, and he passed English-major grade 8 when he was in the second year of graduate. In our school, the graduates have to pass college English grade 6. While another guy who was of the same grade of mine, majored Sino-japanese relation, he selected Japanese to avoid the pain of passing college English grade 6. He didn't learn any Japanese, but he didn't need to pass college English grade 6, which I believe he couldn't manage for his whole life.
