我们局外人不得而知,从目前公开的信息来看,三鹿董事会里的外方成员是在8月2日才得知奶粉出了问题,

这一句说明了新方在三鹿董事会里的位置和作用.
最后Fonterra改走外交渠道通知上达天听时恐怕是对走常规渠道已经绝望,还是Andrew Ferrier的话,
