不过我觉得奇怪的是，亚行副总裁2007年1月在北京的发言提到：

如果搜索引擎没骗我的话，0.473被广泛传播应当是2007年8月的事。
我想不通的是亚行的0.473从何而来，难道和社科院有瓜葛？
