抄一段St. John of the cross 的话

In order to arrive at having pleasure in everything,

Desire to have pleasure in nothing.

In order to arrive at possessing everything,

Desire to possess nothing.

In order to arrive at being everything,

Desire to be nothing.

In order to arrive at knowing everything,

Desire to know nothing.

In order to arrive at that wherein thou hast no pleasure,

Thou must go by a way wherein thou hast no pleasure.

In order to arrive at that which thou knowest not,

Thou must go by a way that thou knowest not.

In order to arrive at that which thou possessest not,

Thou must go by a way that thou possessest not.

In order to arrive at that which thou art not,

Thou must go through that which thou art not.

这是宗教性的也带有一定的神秘主义色彩，但是道理是有的，我这里不是宣教（我也不信教），而是想说完全不同的哲学观念之中有些东西也是相通的。宗教完全是唯心，马列毛则是唯物，但是牛人思考深入的时候常常心心相映。

以上所摘，如果替换以和谐、斗争等当世之关键词，我们也许可以说：

要想达到和谐，必须走一条斗争之路；

忘记斗争，忽略斗争，结果必然是矛盾丛生。
