Is this difference rounding error? So, it might be a huge rounding error.

日本和四方的分工如下：

日本负责生产原装车三个编组（24辆），提供零件六个编组（48辆），剩下的51个编组（408辆）由日本提供技术，在国内由四方进行制造。"

So, Si Fang produces 51 groups at 4.5 billion, we can see the price for each group is 88.24 million.

And we may assume Japan produce all the rest 9 groups at the same price, the price may be: 9x88.24million=794.1million

(Of course, Costs in Japan might be higher, but it could not be too high, due to the scale effect.By the way, anybody know the exact manufacturing costs for Japanese companies? I dont know Japanese, so I can not get the original information.)

Roughly speaking, Chinese pay japan for the technology transferring for 6-0.7941 billion=5.2059billion

right?

Is this too expensive?

And, How about the tech transferring fees for France and Canada?

Maybe my calculation above is too simple, too naiive. Could u give me the reasonable one? Thanks first.

The highlight of this bidding, is the "Technology Transferring".

So China government got almost the same Technologies from three(or two) countries,right?

For what? Promte competition among Chinese Companies? Or just for fun?

Is that funny? Chinese people got so much money for such tremendous duplication?
