具体怎么操作我不是很清楚，你可能要做些research或找Paypal问一下。

Paypal还有一个产品叫Expanded Seller Protection Plan (ESPP)。如果你受到ESPP的保护，那么收到的款项是有保障的。哪怕对方是用偷来的信用卡付的款，只要Paypal把钱付到你账上，让发货，Paypal就承担fraud loss，你的款项不会有损失。
