will use inflation to inflate out the housing problem.
That's the ONLY way to solve this housing problem. If any politician uses Japanese tricks to squeeze housing bubble, then China will for sure become JAPAN NO.2.
Gov. needs to keep NOMINAL housing price stable and increase average pay. With average inflation of 4-5% and annual salary increase of 7-8% every year, the bubble will slowly narrow down.
If China does not adopt this American-1970 strategy--which is the ONLY best option available, then we will see the biggest banking system collapse in modern history.
