lz 确实有点过于愤青，现在谈什么龙行虎步更多的是空想甚至YY。白色潜水艇说的不错，兵凶战危，不可轻言。但是，外交部如果有解放军一半出息，也不会被人这么骂了。 比如，最近的例子，在对伊朗制裁的国际角力中，中国外交居然不如巴西和土耳其。论硬实力、软实力，巴西和土耳其能想到做到的，中国为什么做不到？只怕是有些人畏美如虎，或者干脆是美国驻北京办事处负责人（有体制内人对某些外交部高层的评价），不敢想更不敢做了。

关于伊朗、巴西和土耳其的背景: In May this year, Brazil and Turkey sealed a nuclear fuel (low enriched uranium) swap deal with Iran--they support Iran's right to develop peaceful utilization of nuclear energy, at the same time, in order to address the fear that Iran may use that as a cover to develop nuclear weapons, they negotiated the deal that they (Turkey and Brazil) will do the fuel enrichment for Iran, to make sure that the fuel is only low enriched uranium for nuclear reactors, but not high enriched uranium for weapons. Though the deal was not enough to block the UN sanction against Iran pushed by the US, but it did manage to weaken the sanction measures quite a bit.
