My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Georgia
I was stopped at a traffic light on the off ramp of the interstate. I was in the center lane which is allowed to make a legal left or right turn. There was a dump truck to the right of me in the right lane.
The light turned green and my vehicle as well as the dump truck made a right turn. I made my turn, and the dump truck was still turning due to the length of the truck. The truck came into my turning lane and hit me.
We were both cited for the accident. I was given a citation for failing to yield on right turn to large truck. I don't know what the truck was cited for.
I have never heard of this. How can I be at fault when another vehicle entered my lane?
我稍微翻译一下：当时的状况是右边两条线都可以右转，翻斗车在最右，小车在它左边。右转时，大车过线，把小车挤了。结果，警察来了，“竟然”给小车开罚单，因为他没让大车。他觉得很冤。
请诸位一定相信，在这种情况下，警察是不会冤枉人的。
交通规则规定，大车必须在最右线右转，因为空间不够而越线是被允许的，甚至，可以占用转入方向的逆行线。
在这种情况下，小车要让的，千万不要以为在自己的线里就“合法”。交通规则规定，所有车辆都应尽量避免事故。
所以这位吃的罚单，一点儿也不冤。
