“抗拒警察”定义太含糊了。警察让你举起手来，即使你举手了，还可能因为手举得不够高给来一枪。好像也不存在这种“什么样的情况下可以使用什么样的暴力”的规定。在Oakland地铁自称误把手枪当Taser gun而杀人的警察，当时已经把受害者治服，好像都铐起来了。录像里面受害者不停喊"don't tase me"，结果还是给一枪嘣了。对了，那个杀人的警察只判了两年，然后坐牢不到一年就因为表现良好出狱了。还有，旁边录像的人如果给发现了，也可以认为是干涉执法。比如有警察开ticket的时候，旁观者录像就一块也得张ticket。总之，基本上警察爱怎么来就怎么来，反正最后有政府擦屁股。对警察的过度暴力，顶多就是新闻上热闹一阵子，作为谈资浪费一点口水而已。比如这个youtube video里面的两个案子: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sSXi6Oq49ro
