搜索USA NEW HSBC FEDERATION CONSORTIUM INC， 得到的连接都是国内的几个。看了其中一个：

这其中好多错误：美国大西洋银行在09年被Sonabank买下，而Sonabank是一家总部在Virginia的银行。

All deposit accounts have been transferred to Sonabank, McLean, VA ("assuming institution") and will be available immediately. On Saturday, December 5, 2009, the former Greater Atlantic Bank locations will reopen as branches of Sonabank.
