此处“已探明”是指：在现有条件下可合理开采部分。通常为技术可开采量的十分之一。
EIA报告中表1列举的32个国家，除荷兰跟委内瑞拉外，其余的“已探明”储量均远小于“技术可开采量”。

The world of “technically recoverable unproved resources” is usually huge, at least when you are referring to fossil fuels. What is actually producible—a.k.a. “proven reserves”—is always a lot less that what is “technically recoverable”.
Proven natural gas reserves—what is “reasonably recoverable under existing economic and operating conditions”—are typically about 10% of the technical potential, and it may be even less for shale gas reserves.
