家园 地中海饮食以丰富的植物性食物为基础,米面算不得主食

Mediterranean cuisine comes from the 21 countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea such as Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, and various other countries on the Mediterranean. The food consists primarily of fresh fruits and vegetables with an emphasis on poultry and seafood, rice, grains, beans and pastas.

看不出以米面为主的迹象,算是五谷杂粮很均衡。

Although the people living in Mediterranean countries tend to consume relatively high amounts of fat, they have far lower rates of cardiovascular disease than in countries like the United States, where similar levels of fat consumption are found.

The French paradox is the observation that French people suffer a relatively low incidence of coronary heart disease, despite having a diet relatively rich in saturated fats.

不能算清淡,吃油太多了。

前面提到的试验中, 地中海食谱的热量和低脂食品相当,严格控制脂肪和胆固醇摄取量,主要进食鱼类、橄榄油和豆类等。 清淡,但是以蛋白质为主食。
