马来西亚的一家直销公司，叫WINGSLAB，推销一种省电卡，内嵌SIM卡，粘贴在家里单相电源总开关断路器的附近，号称节电35%。对于工业3相电，The King Saver贴片比较大块，5''x 4''，贴在Main breaker的旁边，据说现在正推销给耗电大的炼铝厂。你相信吗？

下面是笔者回答老板的疑问：

I, personally, don’t believe this kind of ‘magic’. It is direct sale and kind of tricks to use people’s psychology of taking advantages and illiteracy of science. And It’s hard to prove whether you got real savings or not.

I stick the cards beside the main breaker, I didn’t see any current reduction on Clamp meter.

For power saving, there’re many ways to save such as using high efficient motors, inverters, LED lamps, good power factor…etc. But I don’t believe the so called Scalar energy and reduction of harmonic wave can contribute significant power saving.
