Jeffrey Sachs was never the President of Harvard and Lawrence Summers served that position from 2001 to 2006. Don't try to make an excuse of being misread by taking the advantage of your spaghetti writing.

Both of Sachs and Summers are from the Saltwater School (Primarily Harvard and MIT)which is considered having different doctrine from the Freshwater School (primarily Chicago U) in Ecomonics. you are blaming Ronald Coase of Chicago School for the policy drafted by a Harvard preofessor, Jeffrey Sachs. They have different doctrine in Ecomnics. How is that possible to make such a blame? Or because they are all white Americans. Oh, I almost forget that Coase is a British.

Why not just admit that you are ignorant in Ecomonics without knowing the minorest of its teaching, if you have any decency remained.
