我对摩卡壶处于只见过，没玩过的程度。我是看懒厨兄提到中心安全阀，就顺着说下去了。印象里知道有侧面的安全阀，中心阀有没有其实有点含糊的。不过想着就算有也应该是做控制阀功能，才有了上面那一片儿。
大伙儿指出了俺的错误，俺在这里道歉啦。
补充：
懒厨兄说的中心阀装置还真有。在俺放狗的时候，还真发现有这么做的，
"Brikka" is a modified moka pot manufactured by Bialetti. It incorporates a weighted valve as a pressure regulator on top of the nozzle that allows pressure to build up inside the water tank in a manner similar to a pressure cooker. As pressure builds up more quickly in this method (since there is much less leakage of vapour) compared to the standard moka pot, it reaches the level required for water to rise through the ground coffee in a shorter time.
也许懒厨兄所说的是这种带压力阀的摩卡壶。不过在我发最初那个帖子的时候，我并不知道这个。现在算是后找补吧。请各位仍然接受我的歉意。
