我十几年前曾经逛过这个论坛，被他们的言论气的不行。

对他们的话最好留点心眼，挤挤水分。

网上有段文字说越南他们80%的医疗开销是私人掏腰包。政府医疗开销在2001年只占总产值的不到百分之一。
