我在booking.com上Generator Stockholm这家酒店的评价里，看到了一条来自中国的女生的差评，日期是2018年7月19日：

“我在睡觉的时候有人入室盗窃，女生六人间居然一个男的刷卡进门了 我丢失了一个iPad 但这家青旅死活不承认说监控上面没有看见有人进我们的房间 说就算警方介入查了真的有小偷 他们也不会负责 都是我自己的原因是我没有看管好

简直要被气死

给他们的总公司写信也完全不管，不表态

差劲”

而后，酒店的经理在评论下回复如下：

“Hi there! Thanks for the review. We were 3 managers looking at the cameras where we couldn't see anyone entering the room. Sometimes there was a door open in the way of the cameras. Anyhow, if something is stolen in a shared room, the only way to go about it is to contact the police. Since they are the only ones that can take care of a situation like this. We can assist in contacting police and show them the cameras but more than that we can't do, since it's a job for the police. I am really sorry that you had something stolen at our hostel. Safe travels! Madeleine, Duty Manager”

简单翻译就是：我们有三个经理盯着监控看，没看到有任何人进入房间。东西被偷了，我们也没办法，只能去找警察，这是警察的活儿。

所以可以看出，这个酒店至少在走廊里有监控，那大堂却没有监控，有点说不过去吧？还有这种对待旅客财物在酒店里失窃的漫不经心的态度，也是跃然纸上
