家园 Very interesting: these people who earn more than 300,000 a year would like to buy more valuable houses, and they never thought buying cheaper houses.That is the point ,as a result many people made mistake.
家园 made mistake Because people are born greedy? Some people cannot properly estimate the their situation, more often they are over optimistic about the situation. I did see a couple of guys lose their chances and have to sell house, and look for new job.
