家园 美帝似乎又在策划周边国家围攻中国了。 什么情况下可以考虑使用战术核武？
家园 听说美国在2003年打伊拉克用过中子弹 事后大家都装作没看见。也许，其他核大国看到美国放中子弹后，心中都在窃喜，有了美国开这个先例，以后大家都可以干了，只要你不说，我不说就行。

家园 我也想问这个问题 当时爆料的是某罗刹国的一个类似军事观察的角色，在网上爆了很多料。这个记述的好像就是在某山地处，伊国精锐麦迪那师（存疑）被屠宰。记述的包括炸药当量，爆炸声响，对装甲和人员的伤害等，隐晦的指向是某种战术核武。后来这个爆料好像被和谐了。

另外这罗刹国的人也太扯了，伊拉克除了最北边，
哪有山地啊，精锐共和国卫队也不会那时候部署到
北边去啊。

——《是，大臣》里的秘书伯纳听了肯定会说：首先。对盲人来说，漆黑的房间和明亮的房间没有区别，所以漆黑的房间并不能增加其难度；其次，无论黑猫白猫，只要是在漆黑的房间都是黑猫，并且盲人并不会介意猫是什么颜色的，只会介意猫会不会叫两声……
