家园 因为当时tg已经不是依赖城市的组织了 早已把根深深扎入农村根据地和红军中，张叛逃能带走部分情报，但带不走根据地和完全听中央指挥的红军，没这些张就什么都不是，tg那些东西凯申帝能用么？后来白区部分党组织在抗战和解放战争中又被多次破坏，但已经不影响全国大局了。

家园 People on stages are called Politicians are actors. What they are doing is NOT what they are trying to do on their individual purposes. They are smart guys who can find the tendency of the majority of the society and make it a slogan before most of the people start to notice it.

比如一个大公司里，管内网的人很重要，因为他有权了解公司所有员工的通信记录和个人信息。
管svn的人也很重要。
