公司的中国分部参与了神华部分项目,上周老总的周报节选如下:

China – visiting our customers and our staff

In XXXX 200X, we won a contract with the Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group (SNCG) for a significant Coal to Polypropylene Project based at a site in the Ningxia Autonomous Region. SNCG is a subsidiary of Shenhua Group, the biggest coal producer in China. The group is developing a major coal-based petrochemical base at a newly developed site near Yinchuan and our project is one of the major projects within the base. The project is being supported by the central government as part of the Western China Development Programme. We currently have XXX staff working with the customer in an Integrated Project Management Team. The project is currently making good progress towards the plant start up target in 2010 - the undergrounds are currently being completed and the majority of the civil works will be finished this year.

I visited the site for the first time this week and met with staff for a general discussion and a vibrant question and answer session. This was followed by a trip to the Ning Dong visitor centre to see the development planned in the Ning Dong Heavy Basin. My visit was completed with a lunch with SNCG.

神华的煤炭制烯烃的项目。这个项目的操作过程，据我所知，还是可以的。不过这个项目的一个副总，曾经在公开场合宣称，神华愿意为国家花上几百个亿做做试验。话后面的内容，值得琢磨。

能源行业关系到国运和民生,既然国家立项并且付诸实施,那就只许成功不能失败.工程师好似军人,服从命令是我们的天职.

至于"神华愿意为国家花上几百个亿做做试验",往积极方面去想是为国家探索一条新的能源/化工产业链.索萨能有今天的地位,离不开当年卧薪尝胆,背水一战的日子.希望神华能早日崛起成为新的国之重器.

目前上马的很多甲醇项目，大约是在01-04年之间审批的。

不好意思，没说清楚。问的不是甲醇，是神化鄂尔多斯的煤液化

最近几年煤价上涨很多，导致煤化工成本高了不少。

互相交流下还是不错的，如果有哪里过激了还请见谅，呵呵。

已有担忧过度开发。

大部分已经完成的项目开工率不足30%。

国家刚刚通过一个新的限制，限定了液化石油气的价格，现在在液化石油气中添加二甲醚在经济上不合算了，自然就没人干了。至于重复建设扔的那些钱，就没人关心了。
