中国的问题是中国的中日关系智囊处于一种基本上完全无用，甚至是完全起副作用的状况。

就如同中国的经济学家们被人骂做“砖家”，中国的国际关系学者们其实也是一样，在整个中国的社会科学界都是这样，凭的是资历和关系网而不是凭自己的学术上位，只会附和政府的观点或者昧国的观点，其他什么自己的观点都没有。

中国的国际关系学者们的学术水准相对于国际上的专业水准，基本上就处于一种“民科”状态。你说让人跟你怎么沟通？人家已经证明了，“民科”还是不懂，嚷嚷着要证明，你说你让别人怎么办？

在自然科学领域，别的国家有很多成就，诺贝尔奖一大堆，中国差距巨大，在社会科学领域，实际上差距更大，因为自然科学需要数据，需要实验做依据，而社会科学很容易就靠忽悠蒙骗过关，因此中国的社会科学的专业水准基本上处于一种坑蒙拐骗的东抄西抄阶段。

中国人的优点是喜欢做好事，但缺点常常在于不知道怎么做好事。甚至连自己正在做坏事，还以为自己在做坏事。

就好像环境污染，国人都知道要做防止环境污染的好事，但是如何做防止环境污染的好事，国人就不知道，就只会天天说我们要防治环境污染。

换句话说，中国人现在一个重要的任务是变聪明，只有足够聪明了，才能真正区分什么是好事什么是坏事，什么是有诚意，什么是没有诚意。

否则，有一个问题，猪，是怎么死的？

答案是笨死的。

and those politicians are largely fxxking each other, canceling out each other's impact as noise makers, at system level.
