如果美国政府这次开了以次贷危机为由迫使mortgage back securities的投资者接受利率冻结的先例的话，那任何在美国发行的债券都将是不可靠了。只要有一个相关的“危机”，赖帐就成为合法。而crisis这个词在美国媒体上出现的频率是在不断提高的。公司债，国债等其他债种的投资人恐怕也将遇到各自的“危机”而损失惨重。
有没有可能演化成一个投资者对美国金融市场的信心危机？
