朝鲜战争进行了３年，毫无疑问，产生了数不清的难民和孤儿，尤其是在双方你来我往频繁的第一年里。
下面这张照片是在美军从汉城撤退时拍摄的，照片里的妈妈顶着全部家当，一边喂奶，一边赶路。为了保证美军撤退不受阻滞，维持渡河的秩序，当时李奇微已经授权宪兵在必要时可以向难民开枪。
