The second law of thermodynamics did not take gravity into account, it is appropriate at the time the law was proposed and gravity can be ignored in most situations even nowadays. But in the scale of universe, gravity is dominant, and the second law of thermodynamics may not hold at all. In other words, at a certain scale, when gravity cannot be ignored, the second law of thermodynamics is invalid. Look at a galaxy, or even at the scale of our solar system, I don't see the second law of thermodynamics has much use.

So relax :), we still know very little about the nature of this universe.
