Do you state Taiwan as an independant country as a fact or as your personal opinion? If it is stated as a fact, please provide evidence. For example, US State Department document or statement. If it is your personal opinion, please indicate as such. Otherwise, this statement is misleading. Knowingly releasing misleading material as factual is academically unethical. If this is released as supporting document, I request to attach supporting evidence to state the contrary, which is US State Department statements and President Bush's statement, which I believe are official US position on the issue of Taiwan as an independent country. Allow me to remind you: only governments can recognize an independent country. No non-government organization has such authority.
