Exchange Trading System in early 1990. It is built on Tandem system. Technically these systems are much better than their USA rivals, the main reason is that they did not have a history burden. They do not have a specialist system, they do not have stop type order,they even do not have a market order, all orders are limit type orders(for market order, I am not sure of my memory). Bascally trading rules are almost desgined by those guys who have a strong engineer backgroud, so it is easy to be implenmented. They just have three rules: 1)price first;2)if the same price, time matters; 3)if the same time,order volume matters. They also do not have a all or none option. What you need to do is just to match two oders queues.

If you just care about timing, they are the best of the world. From 1992, you can almost get your execution report in less than 10 seconds.
