Jonathan Trager, prominent television producer for ESPN, died last night from complications of losing his soul mate and his fiancé. He was 35 years old. Soft-spoken and obsessive, Trager never looked the part of a hopeless romantic. But, in the final days of his life, he revealed an unknown side of his psyche. This hidden quasi-Jungian persona surfaced during the Agatha Christie-like pursuit of his long reputed soul mate, a woman whom he only spent a few precious hours with. Sadly, the protracted search ended late Saturday night in complete and utter failure. Yet even in certain defeat, the courageous Trager secretly clung to the belief that life is not merely a series of meaningless accidents or coincidences. Uh-uh. But rather, its a tapestry of events that culminate in an exquisite, sublime plan. Asked about the loss of his dear friend, Dean Kansky, the Pulitzer Prize-winning author and executive editor of the New York Times, described Jonathan as a changed man in the last days of his life. "Things were clearer for him," Kansky noted. Ultimately Jonathan concluded that if we are to live life in harmony with the universe, we must all possess a powerful faith in what the ancients used to call "fatum", what we currently refer to as destiny.

大概是6年前左右,我看过一次佳片有约,里面说的是这个片子

当年的翻译似乎没有这样的唯美

昨天,我的移动硬盘坏了,抢救出来了这部片子

重温之后,发现自己的一生都被几个人,几部动漫,几部电影给修改了

这究竟是好还是坏，估计要20年后我才能说

我记得我小时候看太空堡垒，觉得如果我是飞行员，我会选谁？

我记得看云中漫步，我在想我能容得下这样的女友吗？

惟有看到这部，才不需要思考，直接说了，缘分天定，人来执行。

还是那一句话，“When love feels like magic, you call it destiney;

When destiney has a sense of humor, you call it serendipity.”
