　　帖子主题是中国宣布开始用人民币结算石油交易，同时中俄宣布彼此之间石油交易取消用美元结算，而俄罗斯每年财政收入70%来自于原油，这意味着它的石油收入摆脱了对美国佬的依赖，因为过去石油交易必须用美元结算，美元的发行权又掌握在美国手里，等于石油价格间接由美国掌控，现在抛开美元做结算，对依靠石油收入的俄罗斯来说意味着它可以参与石油价格的制定了

　　这对中国股市也是一个利好，人民币国际化走出了更具实质性的一步：直接参与到石油这一大宗商品价格的制定，有利于控制工业原料的成本，利好制造业，这也是为什么这几天美国突然改口说钓鱼岛适用于日美安保条约的原因，因为没有美国的撑腰，中日爆发战争冲突的可能性微乎其微。

　　如果中日爆发战争，政治动荡，毫无疑问会影响人民币结算石油交易的进程，对美国是有利的。

　　On Sept. 11, PastorLindsey Williams, former minister to the global oilcompan ies during the building of the Alaskan pipeline, announced the mostsignificant event to affect the U.S. dollar since its inceptionas a currency. For the first time since the 1970's, when Henry Kissenger forged a trade agreement withthe Royal house of Saud to sell oil using only U.S. dollars, Chinaannounced its intention to bypass the dollar for global oil customers and beganselling the commodity using their own currency.

Chinasaid on that day, our banking system is ready, all of our communication systemsare ready, all of the

　　transfer systems are ready, and as of that day, Thursday,Sept. 6, any nation in the world that wishes from this point on, to buy, sell,or trade crude oil, can do using the Chinese currency, not the American dollar.

　　Lindsey Williams：”9月6日，成为了美元自诞生之日起，最重要的一天。在此日，发生的事将会影响你的生活，你的家庭，你的一日三餐，这种影响会超出你的想象。 仅仅在几天之前的9月6日，中国声称，自己的银行系统，交易系统，转账系统都已准备就绪。从这一天起，世界任何希望不以美元进行石油买卖的国家，都可以用人民币进行结算。”

　　This announcement byChina is one of the most significant sea changes in the global economic andmonetary systems, but was barely reported on due to its announcement takingplace during the Democratic convention last week. The ramifications of this newaction are vast, and could very well be the catalyst that brings down thedollar as the global reserve currency, and change the entire landscape of howthe world purchases energy.

　　中国政府的这一宣布无疑是世界经济与货币系统中的重大事件。然而，由于其宣布的时间与民主党大会的时间重回，该事件几乎无人关注，少见报道。这一新行动的后果巨大，无疑将会是降低美元作为世界储蓄货币的催化剂，并将改变世界能源贸易的格局。

　　Ironically, sinceSept. 6, the U.S. dollar has fallen from 81.467 on the index to today's price of 79.73. While analysts will focus on actions taking place inthe Eurozone, and expected easing signals from the Federal Reserve on Thursdayregarding the fall of the dollar, it is not coincidence that the dollar beganto lose strength on the very day of China's announcement.

　　Since China is not anatural oil producing nation, the question most people will ask is how will theAsian economic power get enough oil to affect dollar hegemony? That questionwas also answered by Lindsey Williams when he pointed out a new trade agreementthat was signed on Sept. 7 between China and Russia, in which theRussian Federation agreed to sell oil to China in any and all amounts theydesired.

Since crude oilbecame the motivating force behind our (U.S.) entire economy, and everything inour lives revolves around crude oil. And since crude oil became the motivatingfactor behind our economy... never, ever has crude oil been sold, bought,traded, in any country in the world, without using the American

　　"On Friday,Sept. 7, Russia announced, that as of today, we will supply China with all ofthe crude oil that they need, no matter how much they want... there is nolimit. And Russia will not sell or trade this crude oil to China using theAmerican dollar."

　　”These duo actions bythe two most powerful adversaries of the U.S. economy and empire, have nowjoined in to make a move to attack the primary economic stronghold that keepsAmerica as the most powerful economic superpower. Once the majority of theworld begins to bypass the dollar, and purchase oil in other currencies, thenthe full weight of our debt and diminished manufacturingstructure will comecrashing down on the American people.

　　This new agreementbetween Russia and China also has serious ramifications in regards to Iran, andthe rest of the Middle East. No longer will U.S. sanctions against Iran have ameasurable affect, as the rogue nation can simply choose to sell its oil to China, andreceive Yuan in return, and use that currency to trade for the necessaryresources it needs to sustain its economy and n

　　uclear programs.

　　The world changedlast week, and there was nary a word spoken by Wall Street or by politicianswho reveled in their own magnificence as this event took place during the partyconventions. A major blow was done on Sept. 6 to the American empire, and tothe power of the U.S. dollar as the world's reserve currency. And China, alongwith Russia, are now aiming to become the controllers of energy, and thus,controllers of a new petro-currency.
