家园 刚买的T60，每次启动windows， client security solution就提示cssauth.exe不能执行，不影响notebook使用，但看着挺别扭的。原来没这个报错，我也没装什么软件呀，有没有哪位大虾知道则解决？

这个Client security solution主要是能够记录密码（用指纹代替）和加密文件的。如果你觉得没用就把它卸载了吧。
IBM的这些软件总的来讲还是挺有用的，不过挺占资源。我1GB内存都有这种感觉，不过我保留了。像什么Access Connections什么的，的确很好。
你最好确定一下自己需要那些软件在干掉它们。
家园 其实很多预装的软件都是要干掉的 我得笔记本开机只有电池管理，屏幕显示，还有防病毒软件
家园 google到的，看看有没有用！ CSSAUTH is a part of the ThinkVantage Technologies Client Security Solution originally designed by IBM but now, of course, a feature of selected ThinkPad and ThinkCentre systems under the Lenovo brand name (Since Lenovo purchased IBM's PC Division in March 2005).Have found problem (as far as it exists on my system!). Its the Firewall software that is obfuscating your attempts to run the ThinkVantage Security Solutions. You need to add the relevant programs from the Client Security Solution folder (under IBM ThinkVantage folder) to your firewall and tell it to PERMIT or ALLOW them for the profile(s) you are using. How you do that will depend upon which Firewall you are using. Hope this helps!
