这个走势图是一只加拿大矿业股票，大量的铜、金等储量，八个月5倍的涨幅，原始股也不过如此甚至不如。俺没说的东东，不表示俺没有做，呵呵

Stay the Course

“Why is this happening?” is the question I always get as we go through

one of these slow summer periods.

When I look at the fundamental picture for gold and silver, I have absolutely

no worries about the longer term picture and where prices are

headed. They are going higher; way higher than where gold and silver

currently trade.

The accelerating evidence for this is so obvious to me that I wonder

how other intelligent people cannot understand where this will all lead.

Just a few of the many glaring warning signs that stick out to me lately

are the following:

- The national debt of the U.S. as of June, 2007 is $8.85 trillion

and growing at an alarming rate of $1.38 billion a day

- The number of homes entering foreclosure in the U.S. will easily

top one million in 2007 and continue to rise in 2008

- The U.S. real estate market is headed for trouble

- Consumer confidence is clearly falling

- The U.S.Dollar is falling against other currencies despite the

continued attempts to prop it up. The latest currency to rise

against the dollar is the yen

That being said the shorter term scenarios are much more difficult to

predict and often cause considerable anxiety for investors when gold,

silver, and the mining shares have a sell-off as we are currently experiencing

in the market.

Regardless of what you hear from the talking heads in Washington and elsewhere, I believe we are fast

approaching the point where gold is going to breakout. The powers that be, who understand this, are in my

opinion clearly trying to keep gold under the $700 an ounce level. Central banks who are desperately trying

to keep the whole fiat currency game together simply cannot allow gold to cross that benchmark because

of the attention it will draw from a much larger audience of investors not just in the U.S. but worldwide. The

exodus from the dollar is looming. This is the reason why we are seeing the massive amount of gold that

has recently been dumped on the market by central banks. The inflexion point when dollars start to really

fly towards gold for protection is soon at hand in my opinion. Don’t be shaken out by any of this. Yes, we

could see further downside, but my mantra remains “STAY THE COURSE! DO NOT BE SWINDLED OUT

OF YOUR METALS POSITIONS BY THE SWINE THAT DESIRE YOUR DEMISE”

Look at this time as the moment when you should be adding to positions, not selling. Be patient and let the

rising trend work its magic. All you need to do is play the waiting game. Don’t let this bull shake you off. It

desires your submission but the big gains will go to those who hold their positions and stay the course.

我觉得有道理。

作为贵金属，黄金除了做首饰／工业原料，还有什么功能？

满口黄金过时论的，就是此公。不过是书生之见，一叶障目，不见森林。满眼只有数据，却认识不到事物的本质，甚至连数据的真假虚实都没有分辨的意愿，美国政府公布什么，他就信什么。跟着华尔街的屁股混饭吃，到头来栽跟头的话，不足为怪。说句老实话，当今的大多数经济学家对美国的经济问题都认识不足，回顾2001年也有同样的现象，就是经济已经进入衰退，而大多数经济学家还茫然不知。可称得上经济学家者尚如此，这个海影就更提不上了。

中国的古话：物以稀为贵。这句话要言不繁，揭示了黄金的真正价值，没有人能够忽视它的保值功能，超过任何纸币。

除了流通之外，货币保值的根本，在于信用。纸币的最大缺点，就是印发成本低，而引发信用可被操纵的问题，如今尤以美元为甚。滥发纸币导致的通胀，实际上比一般的政府税收还厉害。

黄金的稀缺、难以获得和伪造，使得它的保值功能难以被取代。很多价格如房屋用黄金计算，都没有大的变化甚至下跌，道指也是一样。

黄金的价格当然可以短期被打压，可惜这是徒劳的，在史无前例的速度抛售下，黄金价格依然坚挺，就说明纸币的信用已经越来越差。

刘军洛预测黄金价格到3000美元，虽然具体数值上不好说，长期上涨的方向是不错的。

有人那黄金价格和大宗商品价格比较，比如铁、锡、石油，黄金的价格还是过低了。黄金继续上涨的几率还是很大的。

至于说黄金无用论，俺心下也认同，这东西不能吃不能穿，的确无用。如果全世界“每个人”，加上后世“每个人”都抱有相同的看法，想必黄金价格和一般金属也没有差别。但如若不能实现上面假设，黄金只怕还是保值的最佳商品。

美联储公开市场操作总体数量不大，的确是事实。但力量不小，您可找找一年以来19亿以上的日子，再对照一下当日股指。

美联储的话不能全信，它给你的数据应该不假，但人家没有承诺给你完整全面的信息。一年以来，先是停掉M3数据公布，又是把食品、燃料数据剔出核心通胀。总之，给的是加工过的数据，而且还让你觉得加工的有道理。

再回顾一年以来的汇市波动，AUD17年high，GPB已经两算，事后诸葛亮的想，是不是有某些联系？
