主题：【求助】下不了河，那位救我 -- riverside

从上个星期，我家的电脑（笔记本）就下不了河了。不论ccthere, cchere, talkcc, .....一律显示:"Internet Explorer can not disaplay this website page". 其它国内国外站都能上。在其它地方的电脑,西西河就随便上了。显然是我电脑的问题。我关了防火墙也不行。

机器是TOSHIBA satelite, 512M 内存，WinXP.

今天发展到 Yahoo 信箱页面也上不来了。

我在加拿大。我IT水平基本是小白，各位救我。

半夜睡不着觉时，经常爬起来上网，下不了河是及其痛苦地。

说不定是IE的问题。

另外，你用的IE是6还是7，还是8？

换Firefox试试看。

我用IE7.0

我想起来上周我在电视上安了个HDTV的盒子，好象问题是从那时开始的。我的电视和上网是一个公司的。一根cable线进屋，然后分两杈，一路进电脑，一路进电视。电视也干扰上网？

我也是肚子疼怨灶王爷，瞎联系.

这样的结果就应该是网络是通的，浏览器有问题，如果不通的话，你可以问问Cable公司，看看是不是他们有啥问题。

windows\system32\etc 目录下的hosts打开看看。

（先打开一个txt文件，然后把hosts直接拖进去就可以打开了）

莫非是在C:>盘符下输入ping www.ccthere.com? 象DOS似的？

IT盲，多指点。

windows\system32\目录下没有etc,老大还得手把手的教一下，怎么找，找什么。

先点界面左下角的开始-》运行

会出现一个窗口写着打开：

然后你输入cmd，会出现一个黑色的窗口

这个时候再输入ping www.cchere.com
