世界最大的电脑游戏发行商电子艺界日前宣布计划收购Ubisoft近20%股权，交易价值估计为8,500万至1亿美元。
Ubisoft称电子艺界的收购是“敌意”行为。
知情人士透露，为研究反收购方案，Ubisoft已经与至少一家电脑游戏制造商－Vivendi Universal Games Inc.进行了接洽，后者是法国Vivendi Universal SA (V)的子公司。
