A new generation of Chinese are finally ready for a Chinese empire with more broad perspectives.

In order to manage this empire well, future Chinese leaders or their think tanks should understand not just foreign language, but also neighboring cultures, esp., history.

Because history shapes other people's judgment/behavior and thus history tends to repeat itself.

CCthere might serve the role of America's Fulbright Scholarship Program or Britain's Rhode scholarship system. Diffusion of global knowledge will prepare domestic Chinese for a new empire-building leadership role.

Maybe one day you will be the founder of China's Council of Foreign Relations.
