抗肿瘤药物研发的大鱼大虾们请了. 兄弟正在写基金申请.请大家给点建议. 俺有这么一个化合物,抗肿瘤活性很好(体外MTT测试),动物毒性很低,现在只知道它能诱导细胞凋谢,其机理不明确,靶点不清楚.俺想申请基金研究它的靶点和分子机理.

do you think what kind of assay I need to propose to find out the mechanism. I did some primary study, cytochrome c is involved, Ca++ is involved. but apoptosis is so complex. there are so many molecules are involved. where to start, what to check? even I propose some experiemnts, the reviewers easily riase the question, how come your proposed experiments will work and neil down the molecule targets. I really need some good suggestions from experts in this field.
