你要是这么发问，没有人能够给你有意义的回答。你要想让别人给你的grant提意见，必须提供三个最起码的信息：

(1)Specific Aims;

(2)Hypothesis;

(3)Preliminary data.

如果连这个也没有，那根本无从谈起。你的工作发表了吗？如何检索？你在这方面的“TRACK RECORD”情况如何？为什么你认为你的工作已经达到了NIH的标准？说一句让人不快的真话吧：What you want to do seems to be "characterization of the effect of your compound on some cells （it seems you don't even have a specific cell line to target)", in terms of activation of appoptotic processes,isn't it? If true, Forget about NIH. NIH is not for fishing expidition and descriptive study.
